Beautycounter is a company on a mission — to put safer skincare and beauty products into the hands of everyone.
While the products aren’t 100% natural and organic, they do ban the most awful of the commonly used toxic ingredients. Check out their Never List (which includes some of the 1800+ ingredients that you’ll NEVER find in their products), including Parabens, Phthalates, and Formaldehyde, which can disrupt hormones and cause other health issues down the line.
Beautycounter offers makeup, skincare, bath, hair, body, and baby that work like highly-effective conventional products, but are SAFER than their mainstream cosmetic counterparts. These products are just what I needed with my hormone, skin, and adrenal issues. My skin looks better than ever, and, because they’re free from harmful and questionable chemicals, I feel great about using them. So good, in fact, that I decided to join the company as a consultant 2 years ago!

My Beautycounter Must-Haves:
Charcoal Cleansing Bar — This bar lasts forever! It’s perfect for my oily, blemish-prone skin but isn’t drying. I use this with a gentle microfiber washcloth to get every last bit of makeup and oil off my face.
Overnight Resurfacing Peel — This has done wonders for smoothing my skin and lightening my melasma and acne scars. Formulated with 15 botanically-derived acids, it improves skin texture and minimizes the appearance of pores, fine lines, and dark spots without irritation or over-drying.
#3 Balancing Face Mask — This nutrient-rich kaolin clay mask deep-cleans and balances, absorbing excess oil and drawing out impurities and smells great!
Calendula Lip Conditioner — I’m obsessed with this lip balm! I’m very picky about my lip products. This combo of avocado oil, shea butter, meadowfoam seed oil, and jojoba oil is a winner! I love how it smells and feels on my lips, and the glass container feels luxurious.
Sheer Lipstick — This lipstick is so moisturizing and has a subtle vanilla scent. These lip colors are so pretty without being overpowering for us minimalist gals wanting a more natural look. Twig’s my everyday fave (a rosy beige shade), Orchid is a really pretty pop of color, and Rose is a shimmery rosy pink.
