for 2 years.  Becky has proven herself to be an excellent personal
trainer.  She designs workouts that are tailored to my

We’re never in the rut of doing the same exercises over and over.  There
is always variety in the workouts and plenty of new, challenging exercises to
learn.  We’ve incorporated kettlebells, bands, balls and more, which I have
never used before but enjoy working with.

Before I started working with Becky, I could
not do a push-up from the floor. Now I can complete three sets of ten
push-ups from the floor, which is a huge accomplishment for me
.  We’re working
on a new challenge… pull-ups!   

Becky is also an excellent motivator.
She pushes me to my limit because she knows what I am capable of achieving.  She
provides clear instruction and feedback during our workouts. Becky always gives
helpful tips for strength training, stretching and dieting.  Her personality is
well-suited for personal training.  I am very happy working with Becky and the results we have achieved.  I am looking forward to continuing training with her.”
